Human-Machine Interfaces

Controls, Displays, Driver Feedback

Silicon Labs C8051F7xx/99x MCUs offer the best capacitive touch sense solutions in the automotive market. The C8051F99x has ultra low standby power for fast system wakeup and keyless functions essential in odometer and gas gauge reading (especially in rental cars) and infotainment. The Si114x, used for proximity and ALS, facilitates back-lighting control and motion/gesture recognition when driving two or three infrared LEDs. The CP240x drives the LCD display for easy readability.
