Silicon Lab’s performance based, low power analog switches, offer unique and powerful features that allow functionality not found in previous solutions. The industry leading 675 nA supply current saves power, resulting in longer battery life and energy savings. These switches have separate supply and signal voltages enabling them to pass through a 5 V amplitude analog signal while being powered and controlled by a supply as low as 0.8 V. The TS4100 series also has industry leading on-resistance stability with less than 1% variation throughout the signal range. Silicon Labs guarantees the low ±0.5 nA leakage current as well as the resistance matching between the switches. These switches excel at low frequency analog signals, up to 100 kHz, such as audio and have a 0.16% total harmonic distortion at 10 kHz.
