The SDBC-DK3 provides a standalone demonstration and software development platform for the EZRadioPRO™ wireless products. The SDBC-DK3 features the same socket as found on the RF evaluation kit (ISM-DK3) enabling the use of any of the RF test cards available from Silicon Labs for software development purposes.
While primarily designed to support the Silicon Labs RFIC’s it also incorporates the C8051F930 MCU and the CP2102 USB to serial converter.
The example demonstration firmware (3.5r) preloaded into the onboard flash is designed to demonstrate EZRadioPRO test cards. EZRadio customers can use EZRadio test cards and flash the board with their own code if they want to develop code with the F930 MCU.
