The Silicon Labs EZMac® media access control module is developed in C code and is available as source at no cost, issued under license only to customers using Silicon Labs short range wireless products.

The EZMac software allows application designers to use a simplified interface to the physical radio layers that manage the delivery of signals and their associated packets from a transmitting node to a receiving node.
