The Occupancy Sensor reference design kit provides the quickest path to a next generation wireless product. It features an ultra low-power design encompassing both hardware to software, and yields an estimated battery life of more than 5 years. It also features the Silicon Labs ZigBee stack, so it is proven to scale with the most demanding building automation systems. The software is implemented on the ARM® Cortex-M4, Mighty Gecko SoC, providing an upgrade path for dual-protocol or changing protocols altogether.
