CAD/CAE Schematic Footprints and Symbols
Silicon Labs and Accelerated Designs Inc. have collaborated together to provide Silicon Labs’ customers with schematic symbols and PCB footprints for Silicon Labs’ products. Both PCB footprints and schematic symbols are available for download in a vendor neutral format which can then be exported to the leading EDA CAD/CAE design tools using the free Ultra Librarian Reader. The Ultra Librarian software is a free downloadable reader which allows the user to view the '.bxl' files. It also allows you to export these symbols and footprints to other CAD tools using the Ultra Librarian software.
These parametric data components allow you to reliably create consistent CAD entities to an established standard with minimal effort and significant time savings.

Download and install the Ultra-Librarian Reader (.exe file).
Download the appropriate schematic file from the table below.
Open the appropriate .bxl file; the Ultra Librarian software will open automatically.
Export the file to the desired PCB/CAD export format using the Ultra Librarian tool.
