Silicon Laboratories qualifies integrated circuit (IC) products following JEDEC JESD47, Stress-Test-Driven Qualification of Integrated Circuits. All automotive grade IC products are qualified following AEC-Q100, Stress Test Qualification for Integrated Circuits.
