Dear Silabs support team
My question is in order to obtain the minimal current consumption possible in sleep mode with a SmaRTClock running.
According with datasheet "C8051F93x-C8051F92x Rev. 1.4 11/13" page 47, the current should be 0.75uA if the microcontroller is supplied with 3.0v, T= 25°C in Sleep Mode and SmaRTClock running. However, my consumption is roughly 1.5uA.
Therefore, why the consumption is not what It expected?
1. Two-cell mode
2. power supply 3.0V (2 AA alkaline batteries ).
3. crossbar disable
4. Pull-ups disable
5. All other analog peripherals (ADC0, IREF0, External Oscillator, etc.) are disabled prior to entering Sleep Mode.
Finally, regarding crossbar disable. Clearly if the crossbar is enable in my circuit, the consumption rocketed up to 9.3mA, so I am assuming that disabling this feature is mandatory. Could you confirm it to me? Considering that the crossbar is disable so no port is connected. In this scenery, how is it possible that "Port Match Event" is a source to wake up to microcontroller?

We have discussed this on a support ticket as well, but I think there is another source of power consumption on your board. The crossbar is not required to be disabled in sleep mode.
