and was wondering if AFSK modulation could be achieved on Si446x with an MCU, seeing that demodulation is possible. I'd like to use this radio module for AX.25 (Packet radio) and for that I need AFSK 1200baud with 1200Hz and 2400Hz tones. Would that be possible to somehow force the radio to produce a transmission simillar to AFSK that would be properly received by FM receivers?

Hi! I'm trying to implement RTTY protocol on Si4464 (using STM32F446 microcontroller). I managed to implement setting frequency, changing state (carrier on, carrier off), setting preferred modulation, configuring the PA, etc. I'm now struggling with switching frequency quickly for protocols such as RTTY or Olivia. I managed to implement a simple sequence, i.e. "set frequency 1, carrier on, wait, carrier off, set frequency 2, carrier on, wait, carrier off", however, it doesn't seem to be the best approach. On Si4032, there was a FREQUENCY_OFFSET register, which one could use to shift the carrier on-the-go. I can't seem to find such functionality in si4464. Thanks for any help.
