As I know, the human and machine format are different at variables setting, you can see at documentation https://docs.silabs.com/gecko-os/4/standard/latest/system-functions#configuring-command-api-format

You can see same output in machine interface if enable all logs by:

set system.print_level all
save

there's a command for  custom SSID described at https://docs.silabs.com/gecko-os/4/standard/latest/cmd/variables/setup#setup-web-ssid.

In your case it should be: 

set setup.web.ssid FirstmateHub-#

save
