The LED to the left of the on/off switch is solid red and the iPad application does not see the sensor. It worked fine for a few weeks before this. The battery is fine.
Is there a way to reset the device or is it dead.
The red LED indicates a hardware problem. You can try removing the battery for a few minutes then try again to see if it makes any difference.
Thanks, but after leaving the battery out for many minutes, I still have the problem. Red light stays on. It appears this guy is dead. :-(
