I just bought a set of Si1133 and I would like to understand better their response to the radiation spectra.
The data sheet usually refers to White, large white, Small IR, Medium IR, Large IR, UV and Deep UV, but i have some difficulties in understanding their correspondance in the spectra.
I also found on this forum that the spectra should be the same of the Si1153, but there only one spectra for the VIS range and one for the IR ones are displayed, but i still do not understand about the meaning of Large, medium or small IR for instance.

White refers to the photodiode that detects visible light. IR refers to the photodiode that detects infrared. You can ignore the deep UV, as it's not used in most cases.
Small, Medium and Large only indicates the size of the photodiode. They won't affect the spectral response. With a larger photodiode setting, the sensor will have higher sensitivity. Depending on the application, the user is free to choose the photodiode that has the best performance.
