Very disappoining experience. Your software and the SDK seem to have a lot of bugs, things only work randomly and stops working randomly.

bad, yes but no worse than some other manufacturers stuff
generally, most free software makes you remember the adage "you get what you pay for"
when I show up for a contract and find they are using manufacturer software I go buy a bottle of Prozac
I recall another such where a day with less than 10 crashes was a good day

Filled the survey with a lot of feedback and thoughts, hope Silicon Labs evolves its IDE to be as good as stm32cubeMX or create a branch program for configuration and generation of a wireless solution.

I have filled out the survey once. It won't let me do it a second time.
I have just wasted three days on another undocumented quirk of Simplicity Studio. I posted a question in this forum and someone moved it to the hardware forum. A hardware guy tried to help but had no idea. The problem was some sort of undocumented limitation on initializing arrays; maybe (probably) a shortcoming of the "quirky" Keil compiler but maybe the crumbly old Eclipse as well. Either way it was a Simplicity Studio problem. I had to solve it entirely on my own and it took three days.
I know it's free. I would pay a reasonable amount for some support.
