I would like to do some long term energy monitoring on an old system I have running ubuntu.
I installed simplicity studio fine but I will require additional software for the Bluetooth side of things.
This usually isn't to hard to download and install but in this case I can't since the there are two UI screens shown simultaneously, making it impossible to click accept on the software agreement.
How can I get passed this issue?
From the picture the entire screen cannot be seen, are there Next and Back buttons at the bottom of the screen? Do they help redraw the dialog box? What version of Linux is being used and is this to a VM or not? Did you launch Simplicity Studio from the command line using the run_studio.sh script?
Yes, those buttons are present but will no longer function a view screens further and tell me to first accept the license agreement.
It's the latest version from the ubuntu website (I think 18.04) and it's just running locally on the machine.
I launched it using the icon in Ubuntu's file manager.
Any new insights on this matter?
I am sorry for the delay in responding. If you are still facing this issue, can you launch Simplicity Studio from a terminal window using the run_studio.sh script, present in the root folder of studio installation ?
Alternatively, you could also try updating the studio.ini file located in the same folder by appending the following 2 line's just above the "-vmargs" line in the studio.ini file.
