Could you please confirm if the TI CC Debugger is the only option for programming BLE113 once its soldered to a PCB, (Apart from via a bluegiga development board)?
Is this the solution you recommend for production programming?

Using the CC debugger and the debug interface pins is not the only option for in-field updates after manufacturing. Other options are DFU over USB, DFU over UART and DFU over OTA.

But notice that there are certain limitations for DFU. You cannot rewrite the entirety of the flash space available on the module, including the hardware configuration, license key, and bootloader.
