What are the license fees related to bringing a BLE-enabled product to market using your blue gecko mcus? We do not need to advertise that we use BLE and we do not need the logo.
Is there already some basic license included in buying your blue gecko chips?
Can we participate in the silabs license by keeping the BLE device advertise as Silicon Labs and keeping the silabs company id?
Is the situation different with using pre-certified modules? What changes regarding qualification if we use these modules?

You don't have to pay anything other than the cost of the ICs to use our Bluetooth stack. However, to bring your product to the market you must go through the Bluetooth qualification process and that has a cost which you can find here: https://www.bluetooth.com/develop-with-bluetooth/qualification-listing/qualification-listing-fees/
