We are currently using the BT121 to communicate using SPP with a device. We would like to communicate with two devices. The older WT12 using iWrap had a "MUX mode" that allowed switching between several SPP connections. Is there a similar mode that allows BT121 to simultaneously communicate with two or more devices over SPP, and if no such mode exist, is it possible to implement multiple SPP connections?
As stated in the BT121 module data sheet, it should be possible to carry up to 6 simultaneous classic bluetooth connections so your answer is yes. However, you should keep in mind that BT121 workflow is quite different to the iWrap. For more information I would recommend having a look at the API reference manual available on our website.
Yes it is possible
