I'm hoping to find a replacement for the dead Simblee line. As you know it worked under the Arduino IDE and was had a simple way of connecting to other Simblee devices.
I have written programs for this product and as we where making boards and bringing out the product line, AWS decided to drop the product.
I connect up to 2 devices to 1 receiver and only as a 1 way communication. I control Solid State Relays on the receiver from action of the remote control devices. Pretty simple, but due to my limited knowledge of anything outside of the arduino IDE, or a mental block in my part, I can not seem to get to understand how-to.
Guess the code was pretty unique in a way for me to work with.
Now, does Silicon Labs have a replacement with about the same amount I/O's and low current draw at around 2 volts to 3 volts operating range. I see lots of choices, I just need a hand on what to get. I will order test kits and all and learn the product and probably have questions along the way, but, most of the issues where resolved under the Simblee Arduino IDE.
So if some is available, point please.. With docs.
I believe our Bluetooth Express (BGX) solution is perfect for your requirements.
Please browse our materials on our website and have a quick glance at the related API as well if it is a good fit for you, and feel free to ask any further questions if something is not clear with this solution.
I looked it up and I need more I/O ports.. Somewhere around 21 give or take.. And Arduino is the right direction.. You you could have something..
