I am using the SI1062 card, I want to decode the signal from a remote control. this remote control does not use eziradiopro chip or SI446x module. The structure of the packet of this signal is composed of a preamble, a synchronization word and the data. Modulation is amplitude modulation.
I am a beginner, I would like to know among all the RX examples (Standard packet custom RX / Direct RX) which example can I use as inspiration to build my application?
Because the remote is not an eziradiopro or SI446x module chip, I'm not sure if I can take inspiration from the standard CUSTOM RX package example which is to read data stored in a fifo or direct RX.
because from what I understood it is necessary that the transmitter writes in a fifo TX so that the receiver can read the packet in a fifo RX). And so my remote does not have TX FIFO. I am really confused.
Thanks in advance for helping me
I recommend Custom packet RX, if our packet handler can handle your packet structure. See AN626 Packet handler operation for details.
I suppose your amplitude modulation is OOK, i.e. switching between zero and full amplitude. This is what our chip can handle.
