I am using Zentri AMW007-E03.2 wifi module, we configure the module as Softap+TCP server at this time we give module in stream mode because in the command mode client not receive any data from module command "stream_write". After successful connection or disconnection with client module not receive anything on uart(identification for connection and disconnection of client) please tell me sequence to configure module in softap+tcp server mode where we required to connect one client at a time.This is version of software ZentriOS-WL-22.214.171.124.

First of all, please update your device firmware to latest (1.5) using the command 'ota'. The latest firmware has many fixes related to this issue.
Once updated, please try the command mode again and it should work. Not clear to me what do you mean by using the command mode clients do not receive anything written using stream_write API. Shouldn't be the case.
For the stream mode, you can tell if a client is connected or disconnected via a GPIO. In stream mode, nothing written on UART if client disconnects. Please have a look at this variable:

Thankyou very much for your response. I have managed my development on the Eval board.
We have an application wherein we have developed our own custom board hardware which includes the Zentri wifi module. However on power up we have not been able to receive communication on UART. The schematic is atttached. Please review . The jumpers all all disconnected. We have managed to have communication with the development kit of Zenti. However our custom board does not seem to respond on UART. We have connected UART TX RX. We have grounded CTS and RTS is kept floating as of now while conecting to the TTL. the baud rate is 115200 and we are trying to send the command "$$$"and"help" and "info" to the module. however it does'nt seem to respond.
Also, in the Eval board the GPIO 2 and GPIO 3 are high by default on factory reset and GPIO4 has PWM voltages. However the Zentri module on our hardware does not seem to match with this. GPIO 2 is low and GPIO 3 is high and GPIO 4 is also high. I do not understand why there should be this difference. We have disconnected the GPIO's from buttons on the eval board and I have checked the voltages on the Header H2.
Please review and guide me as to where the issue lies.
