Si84xx Digital Isolators​​

Note:  Si84xx devices remain in production, but are not recommended for new designs. For new designs, please use Si86xx Digital Isolators instead.

Si84xx digital isolators are the industry’s highest-performance, easiest-to-use, and lowest-cost line of 2.5 to 5.0 kVrms rated digital isolators and are 10x more reliable than optocouplers.
