Si86xx Automotive Digital Isolators​​

Si86xx automotive digital isolators are the industry’s highest performing, widest channel count series of uni- and bidirectional isolators, supporting up to reinforced 5 kVrms isolation ratings. Based on our patented CMOS isolation technology and automotive grade production, Si86xx isolators ensure robust operation for demanding automotive applications.
