Si87xx Optocoupler Replacement Isolators

Si87xx devices isolate high-speed digital signals and offer performance, reliability, and flexibility advantages unavailable with competing optocoupler products. Si87xx products are based on our proprietary CMOS isolation technology for low-power and high-speed operation, providing longer service life and dramatically higher reliability compared to traditional optocouplers. Si87xx isolators are resistant to the wear-out effects found in optocouplers, which degrade performance with increasing temperature, forward current, and device age.  

Si87xx isolators are pin-compatible, single-channel, drop-in optocoupler replacements with data rates up to 15 Mbps. Ordering options include open collector or push-pull outputs with and without integrated pull-up resistor and output enable pin.
