Isolated Smart Switches

Si83414AAA-IF isolated smart switches are available in Sinking configurations.  With a low RON, the device is capable of providing high continuous current while demagnetizing an unlimited amount of energy from inductive loads. Si83414AAA-IFswitches are are a 4 configuration integrating safety rated isolation in a compact QFN package. The logic interface is Parallel, and the Si83414AAA-IF is loaded with protection features to prevent switch damage, making it the most rugged and reliable switch on the market. It also provides 8 different diagnostic reports to the microcontroller (MCU), ensuring detailed information about how the switches and their loads are behaving on the other side of the isolation barrier.
