Analog-Intensive MCUs

The C8051F002 is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 20 MHz performance. This analog-intensive MCU features a 12-bit, 4-ch., 100 ksps ADC, a 12-bit, 2-ch. DAC, 1 comparators, and an on-chip temperature sensor. The C8051F002 also offers 32 kB Flash, 0.25 kB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16-bit timers. With excellent digital peripherals and high analog integration in a 7x7 mm, QFP32, the C8051F002 MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, weigh scales, test equipment, and fiber optic systems among others.
