C8051F35x Analog-Intensive MCUs

The C8051F353 is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 50 MHz performance. This analog-intensive MCU features a 16-bit, 8-ch., 1 ksps ADC, 8-bit, 2-ch. DAC, 1 comparators, and an on-chip temperature sensor. The C8051F353 also offers 8 kB Flash, 0.75 kB RAM along wtih additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16-bit timers in a 5x5 mm, QFN28. With on-chip POR, VDD monitor, Watchdog timer, a ±2 internal oscillator, and high analog integration, the C8051F353 MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, weigh scales, test equipment, and fiber optic systems among others.
