C8051T63x OTP EEPROM Microcontrollers

The C8051T63x small microcontroller (MCU) family is pin-for-pin compatible with the C8051F33x series but offers cost-effective OTP EEPROM memory instead of flash EEPROM memory. Designers can use flash EEPROM for system development and early production, then move to an OTP EEPROM version to obtain a cost savings when in volume production.

With on-chip power-on reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer and a clock oscillator, the C8051T630/1/2/3/4/5 devices are truly stand-alone, system-on-a-chip solutions. User software has complete control of all peripherals, and may individually shut down any or all peripherals for power savings.
