The Silicon Labs Si468x family provides revolutionary advances in size, power consumption, and performance to enable high-volume, cost-sensitive multimedia products to incorporate digital broadcast features.   

The Si4736/37 ICs are the industry's first fully integrated, 100% CMOS AM/FM/WB and FM/WB radio receivers. The family offers all-in-one, ultra-low power, multi-band digital broadcast receivers to support global analog and digital radio standards, including AM, SW, LW, FM, FM RDS, HD, DAB, DAB+, DMB, and DRM(30). The Si4736/37 AM/FM/WB radio ICs provide the space savings and low-power consumption necessary for portable devices while delivering the high performance and design simplicity desired for all AM/FM/WB solutions. Offering unmatched integration and PCB space savings, the Si4736/37 ICs require only two external components and less than 15 mm² of board area, excluding the antenna inputs. 

Leveraging our proven and patented Si4700/01 FM tuner's digital low intermediate frequency (low-IF) receiver architecture, the Si4736/37 ICs deliver superior RF performance and interference rejection in both AM and FM bands. The high integration and complete system production test simplify design-in, increase system quality, and improve manufacturability. 

The Si468x digital radio receivers are the most cost-effective single-chip digital radio receivers available on the market today supporting worldwide radio reception and certified for both Digital Radio Tick Mark and AM/FM HD Radio.
