Si88242ED-IS

The Si88242ED-IS integrates Silicon Labs’ proven digital isolator technology with an on-chip dc-dc converter that provides isolated regulated output voltages of 3 or 5.5 V (or >5 V with external components) at peak output power levels of up to 2 W. These devices provide four digital channels in a 4/0 configuration that have a default high output. The dc-dc converter has a shutdown option and loop compensation. The device requires only minimal passive components and a miniature transformer. Data rates up to 100 Mbps max are supported, and devices achieve propagation delays of only 23 ns max. It is certified by UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC.
