C8051T60x OTP EPROM Microcontrollers

The C8051T60x small MCU family is pin-for-pin compatible with the C8051F30x series but offers cost-effective OTP EPROM memory instead of flash EEPROM memory. Designers can use flash EEPROM for system development and early production, then move to an OTP EPROM version to obtain a cost savings when in volume production. The C8051T60x series includes the world’s smallest MCU, the C8051T606, in a 2 mm x 2 mm package.

With on-chip Power-On Reset, Supply Monitor, Watchdog Timer and clock oscillator, the C8051T600/1/2/3/4/5/6 devices are truly stand-alone System-on-a-Chip solutions. User software has complete control of all peripherals and may individually shut down any or all peripherals for power savings.
