The EFM8BB31F16A-5QFN32 includes 16 kB Flash, 2.25 kB RAM, 29 Dig I/O Pins, 6 x 16-bit timers, 6 PCA Channels, -40 to 125 ºC temperature range, Automotive grade, full AEC-Q100 qualification, 5x5 QFN32 package, and additional communication peripherals.
