Si7023-A20-IM Digital Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensor with PWM Outputs
The Si7023-A20-IM digital relative humidity and temperature sensor integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing and two PWM outputs in a single chip. The Si7023-A20-IM has a temperature accuracy of ±0.4 C and a relative humidity accuracy of ±3%. The innovative CMOS design also offers the lowest power consumption in the industry for a relative humidity and temperature sensor. With full factory calibration, the Si7023-A20-IM requires no addition RH/temperature calibration during PCB assembly.
