Silicon Crystal Oscillators (XO)

Our silicon crystal oscillators (XO) provide compatible performance to similar crystal oscillators. By leveraging innovative stabilization circuitry, our silicon oscillators eliminate the need to use a mechanical resonator (quartz, MEMs or SAW) and they can exceed jitter performance typically suited for high-volume applications. This technology uses a standard CMOS IC manufacturing flow to enable short lead times for any frequency oscillator between 0.9 and 200 MHz. Our simplified oscillator process flow also enables highly cost-effective solutions, especially for applications requiring higher frequencies and differential formats (LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL).
