EFR32BG13 Series 1 modules are designed for Bluetooth Low Energy and Bluetooth mesh applications where ultra-small size, reliable high performance RF, low-power consumption, full modular certification and easy application development are key requirements. With a 2.4 GHz EFR32BG13 Series 1 wireless SoC, a high-efficiency antenna and our Bluetooth software stack, EFR32BG13 Series 1 modules minimize the time and effort typically required for complex RF designs. Supported also by our best-in-class development tools, the modules enable quick time-to-market for space- and energy-sensitive IoT applications. Our BGM13S SiP modules are the world's smallest complete Bluetooth solutions, based on our patented antenna technology in the substrate.
