EZRadio® ISM Band ICs
Silicon Labs' EZRadio® family of fully integrated, low-power, low-data-rate, cost-effective wireless ICs is designed to meet the needs of OEMs developing ISM applications for the consumer, industrial and automotive markets. The EZRadio ISM band receivers and transmitters target one-way wireless link applications such as remote keyless entry (RKE), garage door openers, remote controls, home automation and security devices.
The latest addition to the EZRadio family is the Si4010 system-on-chip (SoC) crystal-less RF transmitter, the Si4012 crystal-less RF transmitter and the Si4311, Si4312 and Si4313 series of wireless receivers. These new EZRadio offerings allow customers to fully optimize their systems for lowest total cost and highest performance while ensuring one-way link integrity.
Note: the Si4010 and Si4313 devices are recommended for new designs.
