The QuickSense Si11xx family is the industry's most sensitive active infrared proximity sensors, enabling innovative touchless human interface applications with ultra-low power advantages. The new Si114x product line with up to 3 integrated LED drives allows designers to easily implement touchless gesturing into their systems with minimal external components. The high sensitivity infrared photodiode allows proximity measurements in just 25.6 ns, minimizing power consumption, and the small 2 mm x 2 mm QFN package is one of the smallest in the industry.
