I'm trying to set the forum email notifications with no success. I'm able to change the YES/NO options and also SAVE these changes... but the changes are not saved at all and at the end I not receive any notifications on replies, comments, votes and so on.
Please, could anyone help me with this issue?

I have no problem on this feature. Maybe try to check if the notification emails go to spam folder of your email account.

I'll give you more details. Here's my notification configuration view with the current Web settings. So far everything is okay.
Email settings show all options disabled
Next step: Change all the options to 'Yes' and Save
Saved. Everything seems to be okay
But not... When I logout and login back the Email notifications remain disabled.
In fact I have not received any notification of your reply. This is not a spam issue.

I can see the same issue as you see in // Community // Settings. Basically, you only need to click the "follow" button and select "Notifications/Email Subscriptions" on the forum/post that you want to follow to get email notification.

Turn notifications on or off
On your computer, open Gmail.
In the top right, click Settings. See all settings.
Scroll down to the "Desktop notifications" section.
Select New mail notifications on, Important mail notifications on, or Mail notifications off.
At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
Note: If you use inbox categories and turned on notifications for new mail, you'll only get notifications about messages in your Primary category. If you turned on notifications for important mail, you'll get notifications for everything marked as important.
If you use Windows 10, you'll see notifications outside of your internet browser. Turn on your Chrome notifications in the Windows Action Center.
