Question

Is there method to detect the J-Link serial number and show it in the command console?

Answer

Yes, there is an executable file that can be used that will list the serial numbers out in the DOS window in Windows. Going to adapter_packs\inspect_emdll and running the 'inspect_emdll.exe -list' command gives an output like this:

$ ./inspect_emdll.exe -list
4 devices found.
440062889: J-Link EnergyMicro
440073667: J-Link EnergyMicro
440062893: J-Link EnergyMicro
440067258: J-Link EnergyMicro
