And I want to make a ZLL controller, to use with Ikea's light, but the "Getting started" video is old, and there is no bootloader.
Then I found that I can make my own bootloader. But no matter what I do, it says "The given part number (mgm13p02f512ga) does not match the detected device (EFR32MG13P632F512GM48)",
Please help me, all help is much appreciated.
best regards
Ragnar

I guess the mgmxxxx is not a valid part number. the part number used in your board is a part named EFR32MG13xxxxx.

How can I fix this..?
Should the MGM13P02xxxx not be compatible with Simplicity Studio..?
This is my options:

I can get the right part number by, not including any board. But this gives me alot of errors.

What I saw:
0
I see..
If I choose that board BRD4306C, I get the same option, but when I click OK, it says it need new stack. And changes back. And if I do like the suggestion that I shall close it and not save, there is another build error.
See pictures.

Now it says the J-link does not support you moduls..?
And like my first post, my device is is BRD4306 Rev A01 - MGM13P02F512GA
As I read this warning and error, then the Simplicity Studio detectes my device as mgm13p02f512ga and as EFR32MG13P632F512GM48..?

delu, do you have any bootloader and hex that I can try to flash to the board, so I can test if the board is bricked..?
I am using this board in my thesis for my engineering degree, and I am running out of time.

MGM13P02F512GA is module name. the part in it is EFR32MG13P632F512GM48.
You could try the simplicity commander to see if the tool could detect and connect it correctly.
The commander tool is very stable.

I have connected with the commander, without any problem.

you shouldn't configure the part number as mgmxxx in Simplicity IDE, that is not a valid part number. you should use efr32ngxxxx as the commander showed.

I assume you have installed all of the latest Simplicity Studio updates. You should also install the EmberZNet SDK version 6.4.0.0 to use with that module.
Can you verify that the same version of the jlinkarm.dll file is in both the inspect_emdll and commander adapter packs? [SimplicityStudioInstallation]\developer\adapter_packs and then the 'commander' and inspect_emdll' folders. If it is not the same then copy the one from the commander folder to the inspect_emdll folder.
Thank you,

Hi delu and jpitt,
jpitt:
Yes, I have uninstalled the software and downloaded new installer and checked for updates, EmberZNet is installed.
For the DLL files, as I understand they are the same. (see image)
delu:
If I choose MGM13P02 (BRD4306C Rev A01) - as the board I have, like the commander says - I can only choose MGM13P02F512GA
And if I choose MGM13P02 (BRD4306C), then it says "The current stack requires the use of a module part with your selected board. The selected part has been changed to MGM13P02F512GA"... so I can't select that part, with a board.
But without choosing a board, the I can select the EFR32MG13P632F512M48 part, but with no-board/custom-board, so it gives me errors.. (see picture)

I don't know why you need to set the part number as MGMXXX. Here JLink could detect and connect my brd4167 radio board, though the module is different I guess you could try select EFR32MG13P632F512M48 part.
The given part number does not match the detected device
Hi,
I have:
- Wireless Starter Kit Mainboard
- MGM13P (SWLRB4306C)(BDR4306C Rev A01)
