Is there any plugin or etc... to check channel change on SED or Coordinator?

If you have CLI access to the device, you can use the "info" command to check its current channel.
You can also capture over-the-air traffic with our Network Analyzer tool.
But My question is for automatic channel change functionality.
how can i check zigbee channel change (switch ) mechanism when zigbee traffic is huge on specific channel.
it is right but my question is how zigbee coordinator change it channel own channel on run time when traffic goes to high on a specific channel?
zigbee coordinaror stack handle its or we have to write some logic?
I have found it best to implement my own logic with regards to network management. This depends on the type of installation that is involved.
In some cases the "interference" is limited to certain external factors and data is not required often, changing a channel may not be necessary.
In other installations where the data is required consistently then channel management may be necessary.
EmberZNet has some channel management and support so you can look at that in the code supplied with the connection manager plugin.
I find that railtest is very useful for testing. With railtest you can generate a tone at a specific frequency to try and cause a channel change. See UG409 for details.

After enabling connection manager plugin then stack change the channel internally if more traffic available in specific channel. Is it Right?
