Does the release of Thread 2.0 (that runs with Studio V4) still need the EWARM ARM compiler from IAR ($3k5) ??? as I want to be able to run/compile the examples on my demo board but I can't until this requirement is resolved.
EWARM offers a 30 day trial or longer term license (limited code size). Probably you already know this, but I thought maybe it will work for you (limited code size path specifically).
Would the normal size of the a compilation for the Thread stack be greater than that of the code size limited version??
It looks like the limited code size version for IAR EWARM allows 32kB. That will not be enough for the Silicon Labs Thread stack.
