EZRadioPRO ISM Band Transmitters, Receivers and Transceivers

Silicon Labs' EZRadioPRO devices are high-performance, low current transceivers covering the sub-GHz frequency bands from 119–1050 MHz. The radios are part of the EZRadioPRO family which includes a complete line of transmitters, receivers and transceivers to cover a wide range of applications. EZRadioPRO offers outstanding sensitivity of up to –133 dBm while achieving extremely low active and standby current consumption. The devices exhibit exceptional output power up to +20 dBm with its integrated on-chip PA, he active mode TX current consumption. Also included are built-in features such as wake-up timer, low battery detector, transmit and receive data FIFOs, power-on reset circuit and general-purpose digital I/Os.
