Microcontroller Die Sales
Silicon Labs now offers MCU products in die form for added flexibility. Tested die offers smaller form factor possibilities. Because Silicon Labs does not package the tested die, overall lead-time is shorter, which can help to reduce time-to-market.
All wafers are fully tested to the same levels as packaged products. Electronic wafer maps are also available. The minimum order quantity is one (1) full wafer of fully tested die.
