Precision 32 IDE Activation Code

How to enter a Support Request

1. Navigate to SalesForce.
2. Click “Create a Support Request” to create a support ticket.
3. In “Subject”, input “Precision 32 IDE Activation Code”.
4. Fill out the Part Number field.
5. In “Description”, paste your serial number, obtained from within the Precision 32 IDE.
6. You will receive an activation code as a response to this ticket.
7. Manually enter the activation code into the IDE under Help > Product Activation > Enter Activation Code.
