- Silicon Labs is an EPA Green Power Partner and is committed to increasing our use of renewable energy where available.
- We employ proactive programs to reduce office water usage and implement measures to improve our diversion rate with higher availability of recycling and electronic disposal options.

- Our major suppliers are required to be ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, and abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct.
- In 2022, we joined the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in global supply chains.
- Silicon Labs requires all its suppliers to source from third-party audited conflict-free smelters, maintain a conflict-free sourcing policy, and comply with OECD due diligence guidelines.

- Our Custom Parts Manufacturing Service (CPMS) offers device makers a secure provisioning service to order customized hardware with highly advanced security features so that the chip leaves the factory secure.

Silicon Labs' Policy on Artificial intelligence
Silicon Labs develops leading IoT platforms across a wide range of protocols and ecosystems to facilitate quick creation of secure, intelligent connected devices. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has great potential to enhance our development of these IoT platforms, to increase product quality and reliability, and to improve customer and developer experience. We are committed to the ethical and responsible application of AI tools. We've formed a cross-functional AI Council to investigate the use of AI tools, provide guidance in the applications of AI tools, and review and approve AI initiatives.
