The EFM32PG28B210F1024IM68 is an ARM Cortex-M33 based microcontroller (MCU) with speeds up to 80 MHz. Built on the secure, ultra-low-power xG28 platform that includes innovative low-energy features as well as high performance, the EFM32PG28B210F1024IM68 MCU is ideal for a wide range of battery-powered or energy-sensitive applications. This device includes 1024 kB Flash, 256 kB RAM, 51 GPIO, 192 segment LCD controller, 16-channel ADC with options for 12, 16, or 20-bit resolution, 2 x analog comparators, a 2-ch VDAC, and multiple communication interfaces, and best-in-class security with Secure Vault™ in a compact QFN68 package.
