C8051F80x/1x/2x/3x Capacitive Touch Sense MCUs

The C8051F812-GM is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25 MHz performance. This analog-intensive MCU features a 10-bit, 16-ch., 500 ksps ADC, a — DAC, 1 comparators and an on-chip temperature sensor. The C8051F812-GM also offers 8 kB Flash, 0.5 kB RAM along with additional communication interfaces and 3 x 16-bit Timers. With excellent digital peripherals and high analog integration in a 4x4 mm, QFN20, the C8051F812-GM MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, weigh scales, test equipment and fiber optic systems among others.
