Silicon Labs provides IoT device makers SDK maintenance support for wireless hardware for up to 10 years. With the Long-term SDK Support Service (LTSSS), you can keep an SDK branch current with timely security patches and major bug fixes for up to 10 years.

Our standard software support service, available at no additional cost, provides you with complete SDK support with all patches, bug fixes, and PSIRTs for one year. Additionally, we update major bugs and PSIRTs at our discretion for one additional (second) year.

LTSSS now significantly extends your software stability with Silicon Labs. It guarantees long-term support for up to 10 years through major bug fixes, security patches, and quality control regression testing for the SDK branch under contract for up to three SoC part numbers.
