Si1102 Infrared Proximity Sensors

Si1102 sensors are high-sensitivity active infrared proximity sensor ICs containing an infrared LED driver, infrared photodiode and control logic. Like all of our optical sensors, the Si1102 uses a single-pulse infrared proximity measurement with ultra-low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.  With no software interface, Si1102 operates completely autonomously, eliminating the need for an external MCU. Configuration of the Si1102 is performed with just two external resistors. The device is packaged in a 3x3 mm clear 8-pin ODFN package.
