Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ is an internationally recognized seal of approval for products indicating that they have met industry-agreed standards for interoperability, security, and a range of application specific protocols. This session will go over the various options available from Wi-Fi Alliance for IoT device manufactures to get Wi-Fi product certification and how testing already done by the silicon vendors such as Silicon Labs can be leveraged to skip or reduce testing and get certified quickly. Details on the multiple paths/tracks available by Wi-Fi alliance for Wi-Fi 6 CERTIFIED testing will be presented so customers/members can determine the best approach based on the usage of Wi-Fi4 or Wi-Fi6 silicon or modules.
